Four Core (FourCore.org) is sponsoring an Earth Day event, April 20, 2024, for curious citizens to see either plug-in hybrid (PHEVs) or full electric vehicles (BEVs) and talk to their owners and thereby obtain an unvarnished view of what it is like to drive electric. Owners may opt to either demo the vehicle or let the curious drive, but owners are under no obligation to do either.
Supporting talks and panel discussions will take place at the Durango, Colorado, Rec Center from 9 AM to 2:30 PM but the cars will be displayed at the nearby La Plata County Fairgrounds parking lot along Main Ave. (enter at 25th Street).
Owners are strongly encouraged to bring their rides and talk about them. Notification to the organizers is encouraged (Rebekah @FourCore.org; copy to [email protected]). Please let us know the year and model of the EV you will be displaying.
